A draft quote waiting for each new request, and one from a site walk's photos

Turn on Drafted for you and each new request gets a draft quote, priced from your own Price Book. At the job, photograph it and say what's changing, and a priced draft waits in For you.

A quote drafted from a site walk of a sample kitchen: cherry shaker cabinets, their installing, maple butcher block, a stainless farmhouse sink, plank flooring and its installing, paint, demolition and a dumpster, each priced from the price book, $29,966 at a 41% margin against a 30% target, with three AI estimates in it

You no longer start a quote from nothing. Turn on Drafted for you, and each new request — from your public page, your lead address, Thumbtack, the API or a call your phone assistant answered — gets a draft quote as it arrives. It waits in For you and in your My Day email: its lines from your Price Book at your prices, what the work needs that your book has no item for estimated in hours and materials and priced by your own labor rate and margin, the total and the margin against your target, what it assumed and what to ask the customer.

At the job, take a site walk. Photograph the unit, its label and what is around it, say what is changing, and press Draft it. You can leave: the photos are read and the quote drafted in the background, and your phone tells you when it is ready. Every walk stays on the client’s or the lead’s page, and you can change one and draft it again until it is a proposal. A label it reads can become your client’s unit with one save, and when you make it a proposal the photos go on it for your client to see. Press Show what it could look like and the best photo is redrawn as the finished job, to put on the proposal labeled as an AI concept if you choose.

Where one of your calculators fits the work, the draft runs it, and the proposal carries the run for you to change. Every price is your own: your Price Book’s, or your labor rate and margin on the AI’s estimate, marked until you keep or change it. Nothing is sent to anybody until you send it.

Drafted for you is on Professional, and uses your AI allowance. How it works is on the help page.
