Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your business, and confirm what it prepares
Connect SMG Tools to Claude or ChatGPT by signing in and ask about your schedule, jobs and what's owed, answered from your records. What it prepares, you confirm on SMG Tools' own card.
You can now ask about your business from Claude or ChatGPT. Add SMG Tools as a connector with its address, sign in as you always do, and press Allow. The app then answers from your own records — what’s on the schedule tomorrow?, which proposals are still out?, who owes us the most? — each record with a link that opens it in SMG Tools, and never wider than your role reaches.
Ask it to make something — a client, a job, an appointment, a note, your hours, an expense — and it prepares the change. Nothing is written until you press Confirm on SMG Tools’ own card, drawn right in the chat where the app can show it, or opened in SMG Tools from the link it gives you. The change’s history says it came through Claude.
Each person connects their own, and can disconnect it from their Security page at any time; the Owner sees every connection, and what each one asked, on Integrations. It does not use your AI allowance — the app is yours — and SMG Tools never receives your conversation. It is on Professional.
