Put names on the work, and see the day as a lane per person
Assign one or more people to a job, a visit or a milestone, and open the day board: who is doing what today, and what nobody has picked up.
Jobs, appointments and milestones can carry who is on them — one person or several. The day board lays a chosen day out as a lane per person, with an Unassigned lane for what nobody has picked up yet, and “change who is on it” on every card. When a service agreement schedules a visit, the visit carries the assignment onto the job it becomes.
