Customers with several buildings: one client, a location for each
A property manager is one client with a location per building — its own codes, units and site contact — and work, invoices, a statement, agreements and the hub by building. On every plan.

A property manager, a restaurant group or a landlord used to be twenty clients or one client with every building in a job’s title. Now they are one client with a location for each address.
Add a location on the client: a name — Laurel Court — an address, how to get in there, and notes. The client’s own address is its main location, so a client with one place looks exactly as it did. Addresses on work you already did for them are offered as locations, one press each, and Import locations brings a whole list in from a spreadsheet.
Work names its building. A job, a visit, a proposal, a change order and a unit belong to a location, and the crew sees that building’s gate code and parking — never another building’s. Sales tax is the building’s.
The right person hears about it. A client keeps a main contact and adds others: a billing contact for invoices, reminders and receipts, and a site contact for each building’s visit reminders and on-my-way texts. Each falls back to the main contact, and any document’s Send to can pick someone else.
Billed in one place. Each invoice names its building. A statement lists everything still owed, by building, with one total — downloaded, emailed to the billing contact with a link that pays it in one checkout, or sent on the first of each month.
One agreement for every building. A maintenance agreement covers the buildings you choose, each at its own price, with its own visits there and its own invoice each period, taxed at its address. Once the client has signed, a building is added, taken off or repriced only by a change they sign with their code, in force from the next billing period.
One hub. Your client’s own page groups their invoices, quotes, finished work and equipment under each building, and asks which building a visit or a request is for.
Locations, contacts and statements are on every plan, Starter included.
