Delete your own account
Anyone who isn't the owner of a business can now delete their own SMG Tools account from the Security page. Their sign-in goes; what they recorded stays with the business.
Leaving shouldn’t depend on writing to support. Delete my account is now at the bottom of the Security page, for everyone who isn’t the owner of a business.
Your sign-in goes, at once. After you confirm it’s you, your password, passkeys, linked Google or Microsoft account, every signed-in and remembered device, your notifications and your own preferences are removed, and you’re signed out everywhere. The email address is free to make a new account later.
The business keeps what’s its own. The time, notes and work you recorded stay with the business you worked for, under your name, as they do when an owner removes somebody — and the owner is told you left.
Owners close the business instead, from Organization → Your Data, where they can download a copy of everything first.
