Every plan keeps your photos, and as many as the job needs

Starter keeps photos, documents and receipts in 1 GB of its own; a job takes as many photos as it needs; photos go up smaller and open faster; and Billing shows what you keep against your plan.

Keeping a photo used to be Professional’s, and a job held six. Both are gone. Every plan now keeps your business’s files up to an allowance — 1 GB on Starter, 25 GB on Professional, 100 GB on Crew and 500 GB on Scale — and what bounds a job’s photos is the space, not a count.

Starter keeps files. Job photos, a checklist’s photo step, documents you share on your client’s page, receipts on expenses, a supplier bill’s file and your public page’s gallery all work on Starter now. Reading a receipt or a bill for you is still Professional’s, because a vendor bills us for each one.

See what you keep. Billing shows storage beside your other allowances — 2.3 GB of 25 GB — and See what is stored opens Organization → Storage: what each kind of file takes, and every file, biggest first. What SMG Tools makes for you, like a signed agreement or an export, does not count.

Told before it runs out. At 80% the owner is emailed and the console says so wherever files are added. When it is full, new files stop — from the office and the field — until there is room, and nothing you already keep is touched. Ask for more storage writes to us with your business, plan and use already filled in. Or remove what you no longer need: a removed file is gone for good, and the job or expense it was on says it was removed, by whom and when.

Smaller photos, faster pages. A photo is made smaller before it leaves your phone or computer, so a twelve-megabyte photo that used to be turned away now goes, and takes a fraction of the room. A job’s photos are drawn as small copies on the Photos tab and your client’s page, and open full size when tapped.
