Compliance records for regulated trades

Profiles that say what a job must capture and who may do the work; structured records taken in the field; locked once final, amended with a history; and CSV reports a regulator can read.

For pest control, and any trade that answers to a regulator, a compliance profile describes what a job must record — materials applied, quantities, conditions, the licensed person who did it — and which of your workers are allowed to. Attach a profile to a job type and every such job carries the record to fill in.

Records are captured on the job, checked against the profile before they are finalized, and locked once they are; a correction after that is an amendment with its own history, never an edit. Reports export as CSV in the shape an inspection asks for.

Off until a business turns it on. Everything else in the product is untouched by it.
