Follow-ups that send themselves

Unanswered proposals are chased, invoices reminded before and after they are due, finished jobs ask for a review, warranties warn before they lapse — and you can see when a proposal was opened.

Four emails now go out without you remembering to send them. A proposal follow-up when a proposal sits unanswered. An invoice reminder before the due date and again after it. A review request when a job is finished, with your review link. A warranty reminder before one of your warranties runs out, to you, so there is time to follow up.

Each can be switched off for the business, and the invoice and proposal ones per document. And a proposal now records when the client opened it, so “did they see it?” has an answer.

Later: on September 7 these become automations — rules you can see, edit and watch run — with the same timing. The emails do not change; what changes is that you can see them.
