Photos and documents from your clients, scanned before you open them

Clients add photos to a note on their page and send the documents you ask for — insurance, an approval, a signed form — and Microsoft scans each one for malware first.

A leak described over the phone is a visit you make to understand it. With Files from clients on, your client shows you instead: the note they write about a job on their page carries up to four photos, and each one is the job’s — marked From the client — once it is checked.

Ask for a document. Proof of insurance, an HOA approval, a signed form: ask from the client’s page or one of their jobs, with a note and the day you need it. They are told, and send it from their page — PDFs or photos. It arrives under the client’s Documents, you hear in For you, and you accept it or ask again saying what is still needed. A request whose day passes reads Overdue, and they are reminded once, the day before.

Nothing opens unchecked. Every file is checked to be what it says it is, kept apart from your files, and scanned by Microsoft Defender for Storage. Until it passes, nobody at your business can open or download it; one found harmful is deleted where it is, and your client is told it could not be accepted. On Professional and above.
