Take a service request and book the visit
A call, a text or a walk-in becomes a job with the address checked against where you work, a diagnostic fee charged or waived, and the first visit booked — in one flow.
When somebody calls with a job, intake captures it in one pass: who they are (or a new client), the service address — checked against your service zones so out-of-area work is caught before a truck rolls — what the request is, whether a diagnostic fee applies, and the first visit, booked as an appointment on the spot.
The result is an ordinary job with the request attached. If it turns out to need a quote, the job backfills a draft proposal, so nothing is typed twice. Every business now has service zones and a default diagnostic fee in its settings.
Also today: the third plan is renamed Enterprise (it was Teams).
