Texts your clients agreed to, links that expire, and a code before a signature

Appointment reminders and confirmations by text with STOP and HELP honored; short links; document links that expire and can be revoked; and a six-digit code before a proposal is signed.

Text messages. Appointment reminders and booking confirmations can go by text, and the review-and-referral follow-up can too. Two kinds of consent are recorded per client — service messages, and marketing — with where each came from and when. STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE and the rest are honored at once across every record with that number; HELP is answered; texts are held during quiet hours in the client’s own time zone rather than dropped. Texting is a Professional feature and can be switched off for the business or per message type.

Links. Every link sent to a client is shortened. A proposal or invoice link now expires, and the office can revoke one and issue another, so a forwarded email or a sold phone does not sign contracts forever.

Signatures. Before a client signs a proposal, a six-digit code goes to the email or phone already on their record, and the signature records which channel proved it and when.
