The same software at every size

Scale, for a company of ten to sixty: fifteen office users and more at a published price, setup by a person and priority support. Crew adds office users too.

A company of thirty runs the same SMG Tools as a one-truck business, with the same tools. What a bigger company buys now is people, capacity and help — never a tool it was missing.

Scale. Fifteen office users included, and more at a published price each, with no ceiling and no quote. Field workers are never an office user, on any plan. Scale’s AI, receipt-scan and bank allowances are larger, a person sets you up — your clients, their equipment and your Price Book brought in from your old product’s exports, your people invited, a session with your crew — and your emails to support are answered first. See what a company of ten to sixty runs.

Office users on Crew. When every seat is taken, inviting another manager offers to add one, with the price, what is charged now and your new monthly total shown before anything is charged. A removed office user stays until the month you paid for ends. Moving between Crew and Scale keeps everyone, and shows the new total first.

Allowances that grow with the plan. Each plan’s AI, receipt scans and bank accounts are its own, shown on Billing with what is used and when it starts again. A raise reaches you the night it is made; a smaller allowance waits for a renewal at least 30 days after you are told by email, and nothing you have is taken away.

Every size on the site. The pricing page shows four plans, and the comparison pages’ calculator prices a team of any size, picking whichever plan costs less.
