Say it once, from the truck
Press the microphone and say what happened — miles, hours, an expense, a note, a new client or proposal, a question — and the assistant fills in the form and waits for you.
One button in the console. Press it and speak: “Record 22 miles for the Henderson job.” “Start a proposal for Jim Bob for a sink repair.” “What does Harriet still owe?” The words are transcribed, an action is chosen from a short fixed list, the records the words name are found — you never say a number — and a card shows what will be written. Nothing is saved until you confirm, every field on the card is editable, and nothing that messages a client, moves money or deletes anything is in the list at all.
Recordings are transcribed and discarded; the transcript stays as the record of what was asked. Professional, included in the trial, on the same monthly AI allowance as proposal drafting.
