Your data, yours: export it, delete it, and choose your cookies

Export everything the product holds for your business as one file; delete your account yourself; a cookie banner where declining is as easy as accepting; and a page listing every subprocessor.

The Terms promised an export and the Privacy Policy promised a cookie control, and neither existed. Now they do. Organization → Your Data downloads everything held for your business — clients, jobs, proposals, invoices, expenses, time, all of it — as one machine-readable file, on every plan, with no request to make. The same page deletes the account: scrubbed, revoked, gone, after typing the business name back.

The cookie banner asks before analytics loads, and Decline is the same button as Accept. Cookie Preferences on every page lets you change your mind. A Subprocessors page lists every third party the product sends data to, what each receives, and why.

Also this week: HELP texted to the business’s number is answered, and the setup wizard’s summary step was reworked.
