A role for everyone on your team: dispatcher, estimator, bookkeeper, crew lead
Give your dispatcher, estimator, bookkeeper and crew leads roles that fit their work — prices kept from those who should not see them — and on Scale, build your own.

Until now everybody in your business was an owner, a manager or a field worker — so the person who runs your board all day saw every job’s margin, or saw nothing but their own visits. Now each person gets a role that fits their work.
Four new roles on Crew and Scale. A dispatcher runs the schedule — clients, jobs, visits, the Day Board and who goes where — and never sees a price, a cost or a margin. An estimator sells the work: clients, leads, proposals and the Price Book, with prices. A bookkeeper keeps the money: invoices, refunds, spending, the bank feed, payroll and the reports, and reads the jobs it came from without changing them. A crew lead runs the crew on their visits from the phone.
Prices stay with the people who need them. A dispatcher’s jobs, clients and Day Board arrive with every price, cost and margin left out — not blanked — and their sort by price is gone. A page a role can only see shows no button that would change it.
A crew lead runs the crew from the visit. Everybody on the visit with their clock: clock them in and out, record their time — theirs, at their own rate, and the timesheet says the lead recorded it — and see where the crew is going for the next seven days. A crew lead takes no office seat.
On Scale, build your own. A coordinator who runs the schedule and watches the invoices: start from the dispatcher, add the invoices, and the page tells you it takes an office seat — and that the invoices bring prices with them — before you give it to anybody.
