A role you build opens every page it is for
A role you build on Scale now opens every page its areas offer: a reports-only role reads every report, and a billing clerk builds an invoice from its job.
A role you build on Scale can split what no preset splits: somebody who reads the reports and nothing else, or a billing clerk who works the invoices and nothing else. Some pages such a role was plainly for still failed it — the compliance report could not list the clients to filter by, and an invoice built from a job could not read the job. Now a role you build opens every page its areas offer.
A page brings what it names, and no more. A job shows its client’s name to a role without the client list, and the reports name the workers, suppliers and Price Book items in them. An invoice built from a job reads the job’s billable work — its milestones, time, expenses and change orders — with no pay rate, cost or receipt behind them.
The reports read with Reports. Parts billed, shrink, stock age, price creep and what each proposal option sold open for a role that holds the reports, as well as for one that holds the stock, the spending or the proposals.
A button belongs to the work. Order the rest shows only to a role that changes spending. Which units a job touched is ticked by whoever changes the jobs — so an estimator now sees them without ticking them, the one change to a preset. An account’s bank transactions open from its name on Transactions, for whoever holds the bank feed.
