Every connection is set up on its own page

Inbound leads, Webhooks & API, Zapier and your bank each have a page of their own under Tools, so turning one on and setting it up happen in the same place.

Setting up a connection used to send you to Organization → Integrations, a page that held several connections at once, where it was not always clear which part was the one you had just turned on, or what was left to do. Each connection now has a page of its own under Tools, like every other tool, and its settings are that page’s tabs.

Inbound leads. The address a form on your website, or any service that can post a form, sends leads to is a tool of its own, on every plan. Its page shows the address to copy, what has come through and what was refused, and an example request with every field it may carry.

Webhooks & API. The webhooks that tell other software what happens here, with their deliveries, and the API keys that let a program work with your records, each a tab. On Professional and the plans above it.

Zapier. A page of its own, found by its name: Key for Zapier makes the key the app needs in one step, and the page lists the keys made for Zapier and the webhook each Zap made. Webhooks & API still lists every key and webhook, marking Zapier’s.

Your bank. Connecting your bank and card accounts is the Accounts tab of Bank’s page.

Integrations and Bank Accounts are gone from the Organization menu. A link to either still works: it opens the Tools page’s connections, or Bank’s page.
