A job's history with everything on it, and one save as one line

A job's change history can now list its visits, notes, milestones and parts used beside its own changes, and a save that changed several things reads as one line.

Somebody moved the Henderson visit, and you are on the job, not the visit. A job’s Change history now offers Everything on this job: its visits, the work notes written on it, its milestones, the parts used on it, arrivals, checklists, photos, readings and compliance entries, in one list with the job’s own changes, newest first. Each line names what it was made to — Updated the visit · Drain cleaning on Oct 3, 2026 — and What changed works on it as it does on the visit itself. It still opens on This job only, and you see only what your role can open: the parts used, for example, only with Stock and equipment.

One save is one line. When a single save changes several things — a proposal’s payment terms and the schedule that follows from them — the history says the first and how many more, Set the proposal payment terms and 1 more, and What changed shows every value together. Two saves are still two lines, however close together, and two people never share one. The business’s history and its CSV say the same, one row a line, and saves made before today are grouped the same way wherever the record kept which changes were saved together.
