Quote it, invoice it, and see the money
Proposals a client accepts with a signature, invoices paid online through Stripe, a job report as a PDF, and a dashboard that says whether you are getting paid.
A proposal is a document you send a client: scope, milestones, pricing and terms. When they accept it — a typed signature and an acceptance box — a job is created from it, with the milestones and line items carried across. The proposal exists on its own until then; you do not have to make a job first.
An invoice is a payment request, for a job or on its own. Your client opens it from a link with no login and pays by card through Stripe, straight to your connected account; cash and checks are recorded by hand. Voiding is the only kind of deleting.
A job report downloads as a PDF, and your business’s logo goes on what you send. The dashboard is the first page after signing in, and it answers the first question: am I getting paid — what came in this year, what is outstanding, and what needs attention.
