Quotes that have gone quiet come back to you
A proposal still unanswered a week after its follow-up now goes back to whoever sent it, in For you — to follow up, drafted for you on Professional, or let go.
Most clients answer the automatic follow-up. The ones who don’t are the quotes that sit in your Quoted column until they expire, because writing to each one by hand is the job nobody gets to.
Now each one comes back to whoever sent it. A week after its follow-up — ten days after sending when the follow-up is off — a proposal still unanswered goes into their For you as Quote gone quiet: the client, what was quoted, its value, when it was sent and how often it was opened. From there, Follow up, Let it go or Mark declined. Change the week in Automations, on the proposal follow-up’s row.
On Professional, the follow-up is drafted for you the moment you open it, from what your client was shown, in your business’s voice. Never a discount, never a promise the proposal didn’t make. Edit it and send it; it goes from your business with a link to the proposal, and it’s recorded on the proposal and your client’s timeline.
And a lapsed price is never chased. Proposals now expire on the day their valid-until date passes, so neither follow-up goes out for a price that no longer holds.
