Who changed what, and when — on every record, back to your first day
Every change to every record — who made it, their role and where it came from, and on most records each value before and after — already back to your first day, on every plan, kept and exported.

Somebody moved the Henderson visit to Thursday and the customer says nobody told them. The price of a water heater install went up fifty dollars, and you did not do it. Now you can find out who did, and when, on the record itself.
It already reaches back to your first day. SMG Tools has never overwritten a record — every change was kept, in order, from the start — so the history did not begin today. Open any client, job, proposal, invoice, visit or Price Book item and its Change history goes back to the day it was created.
Every value, before and after. Press What changed under a change and it says what each value was and what it became: Unit price: From $1,850.00 to $1,950.00. Proposals, visits, the Price Book, expenses, leads and most other records show it; a client, a job, an invoice or a piece of equipment says who and what was done. Somebody whose role keeps prices from them never sees one here either.
On every plan, kept and exported. Every change says who made it — a person and the role they held, your client on their own page, an automation, an API key, or SMG Tools — and where it came from. Change history in the menu is the whole business’s on one page, the owner’s to read, narrow by person, kind of record and dates, and download as a CSV. It is kept as long as your business is, and it is in your account’s archive. On Scale, a role you build can include it.
