Your client's page answers the call before it comes
Every job you finished with what you shared from it, a note on any job, everything owed in one payment, the card their agreement charges, a way to ask for more, and the documents you share.
The page a client opens from your link already held their quotes, bills, agreements, next visit, equipment and warranties. What still made them ring was everything around those: what was done last spring, how to ask about a job nobody had written to them on, paying three invoices without paying three times. Their page does each of those now.
What was done. Every job you have finished for them, newest first, with the notes and photos you marked for them to see and the checklists you publish. A job you shared nothing from is still listed, by name and day, so the page reads as their history.
Writing on a job. Under Write to your business, each of their open jobs — and each finished in the last ninety days — has Write about this job. What they write is a note on that job, reaching whoever last wrote to them on it, or the Owner when nobody had; a reply in a thread now shows the photos you sent with your note.
Pay what you owe. Where they owe on two or more invoices you take by card, one card payment covers the ones they choose. You see a payment on each invoice with its own receipt, and the fee is worked out once. Each invoice’s own link still pays it alone.
The card their agreement charges — Paid automatically with Visa ending 4242 — with Change card, which opens the agreement at its card. And Ask for more work, on their own link to your request form.
Documents you share. A permit, a manual, an inspection report: add it on the client or one of their jobs, under Documents, and share it — or Send it, which tells them it is there. It is a download on their page while you share it. A document counts against your business’s storage, on every plan.
All of it behind the same code as before, and none of it more generous than what you already sent them.
