Your client's own page
One link where a client sees every quote, agreement, invoice and change order they hold with you — with no account and no password.
A client who has dealt with you for a year holds a quote, an agreement, four invoices and a change order. Each arrived in its own email with its own link, and if they deleted the email they lost the document.
The hub is one page that answers what do I have with these people? — and then gets out of the way.
What your client sees
One page showing:
- What needs their attention — something unsigned, something unpaid.
- When you are next coming.
- Every document they hold with you — quotes, agreements, invoices, change orders.
- Their warranties, where they have any.
- What was done on recent visits, if you publish your checklists — see Job checklists.
Each row opens that document’s own page, where that document’s own rules apply. The hub does not reproduce a proposal; it takes them to it.
It is not an account
Nobody registers and nobody chooses a password. The hub is reached from a link you send, and nothing is created by them visiting it.
That is deliberate. A client portal that asks a customer to invent another password is a portal customers do not use, and it would make you responsible for a set of credentials you do not want.
Send a client their link
The link is on the client’s page in your console, as Open Public Page. Send it however you normally talk to them.
Like every client-facing link in this product, it is short, it expires, and it can be revoked — see The links you send clients.
Let them ask for something
Where you have the request form turned on, the hub gives your client a way to ask for warranty service or another visit without ringing. If the form is off, they see your phone number instead — never a dead end.
Control what they see
The hub shows documents they already hold. Beyond that, what appears is up to you:
- A checklist appears only where you marked its template so, and turning that off means today — including for work that finished last year.
- Internal steps never appear on their copy.
This page describes Client Hub. It is written from that feature’s record and covers what has shipped, never what is planned.
