Your visits in the calendar you already use
A private address your Google, Apple or Outlook calendar subscribes to: your visits, time away and on-call — and everyone's visits for whoever runs the schedule.

Your work and the rest of your week can now sit in one calendar. On your profile, Calendar feed makes a private address with your visits in it, and the calendar you already keep subscribes to it: Add to Apple Calendar on an iPhone, an iPad or a Mac, Google Calendar’s From URL in a browser on a computer, or Outlook’s Subscribe from web. In the SMG Tools app on an iPhone, it is Add to my calendar.
Each visit carries its time, its title and client, the address — so your phone offers directions — who else is on it, and a link back to it in SMG Tools. Your time away and the stretches you are on call are there too. A gate or lockbox code, a phone number, a price and a note never are.
Whoever runs the schedule — the Owner, a Manager, a Dispatcher — can add a second feed, Everyone’s visits: every visit naming who is on it, who is away and who is on call.
It goes one way: your calendar reads the address when it next checks, and nothing you change there comes back. Make a new address stops the old one at once. On every plan.
